 I work with computers. So, not surprising that every now and then people I know will IM me with their computer problems.
That's fine, I'm glad to help other's out, but please do me a fav:
First, reboot your computer. If that doesn't work, and if you're getting a specific error, or symptom, Google it.
Cuz if a reboot fixes it, and I had to get up off the couch to tell you this, then I'ma be pissed.
