I hope my cat Bert is just displaying the whole "nine lives" factor that cats seem to have. They will seem on deaths doorstep one day, but eventually bounce back.

He went to the vet yesterday, who said that he was amazed Bert has lived this long...nine years isn't that amazingly long for a cat, just amazingly long for a cat with feline leukemia.

We've always known Bert would succumb to it, one day.. probably soon.
