a damn good excuse

So my beau may not be home for the winter time festivities this weekend, since he may or may not be able to drive..
..'cause he got a chunk of metal in his eye and after they removed the metal (at the emergency room) they had to drill rust out of it and stuff, and may even need to drill more of it out.
